Foreign corporation license applications, 1907-1915.

This series contains license applications made by corporations organized outside of the state. The applications provide information, such as the name of the corporation, the state in which it was organized, the principal place of business in Ala., and the amount of capital to be used in Ala. The applications were reviewed and entered into a register book when the license fee was paid. The Secretary of State is responsible for keeping similar records.
